What do you actually do?
We set up automation and AI for the daily work of small businesses: replies, quotes, bills, follow-ups, stock and reports. The result is less time on routine work, fewer mistakes and lower costs.
How much does it cost?
Starter is ₹2,999 one time. Growth is ₹2,999 setup and ₹2,499 a month. Growth + AI is ₹7,999 and ₹3,799 a month. Full Business is ₹14,999 and ₹5,999 a month. Custom work starts at ₹15,000. All prices exclude GST. You always get a written quote before any work begins. See our plans.
Do you charge per user?
No. You pay one flat price, whatever the size of your team.
I am not technical. Can I still use this?
Yes. It works through WhatsApp and simple screens. We set everything up, train you and your team, and keep the tools simple.
How long does a first setup take?
Starter takes 3 to 7 days. Growth takes 2 to 3 weeks, Growth + AI about 3 weeks, and Full Business 3 to 4 weeks. Your quote states the exact timeline.
Is my business data safe?
Your data belongs to you. Our tools run on secured servers with regular backups, and each login is protected by a password. We use your data only to run your systems, and we never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What happens in the free check?
It is a 15-minute call. We ask a few simple questions about how your team handles enquiries, quotes, bills and follow-ups, then show where time and money leak and estimate what you could save. No cost, no obligation.
How will I know it worked?
We note how many hours your team spends on a task before we start, and look again after 30 days, so you see the real difference.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. The AI drafts replies, quotes and summaries, and your team checks and sends. The aim is to let the people you already have handle more, with fewer mistakes.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
The AI never sends anything on its own. A person on your team reads each draft first, and you can turn the AI off at any time.
Do I need to buy expensive software?
No. We start with a small, low-cost setup and add more only when it makes sense for you.
Can you work with tools I already use, like Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp or Tally?
In most cases, yes. You can keep using them and we automate around them, or we help you move to a better system.
Will I be locked in?
No long contracts. Starter is a one-time fee. Monthly plans can be stopped with 30 days' notice, and you can export your data at any time.
Do you offer support after setup?
Yes. Monthly plans include hosting, updates, backups and help.
Is this only for certain industries?
No. It suits any small business that deals with customers, quotes, bookings or payments.
Do you charge GST?
Our prices exclude GST, which is charged additionally. Every quote shows the tax clearly, so you always know the full amount before you agree.
Do I pay for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges businesses for some WhatsApp messages. We pass those charges on to you at cost, with no markup, so our flat prices stay low.
Is there a limit on AI use?
Yes, a fair-use monthly limit on volume, such as the number of drafts and documents. It is not a limit per person. We explain it in your quote.
