These terms apply to your use of bizsanchal.com and to services we provide under the name Biz Sanchal, operated by Biz Sanchal Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the website or engaging us, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide business automation, CRM, billing and related tools and services for small businesses. The exact scope, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written quote or agreement. If this page and your quote differ, the quote applies.
2. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- Starter and project work is charged as agreed in the quote, 50% in advance and the rest on delivery.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. Taxes are added where applicable and shown on the quote and invoice.
- Late payments may pause service after notice.
3. Changes to scope
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely feedback.
- Make sure you have the right to use any data, logos or content you give us.
- Keep your login details secure and use our tools lawfully.
- Do not use our services to send spam or misleading messages, or to break any law or the rules of WhatsApp, email providers or other platforms.
5. Your data
You own your business data. We use it only to provide and support the services. You can export it at any time. When a monthly plan ends we keep your data for 30 days so you can collect it, then delete it, unless the law requires otherwise. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Ownership
- Tools, code, templates and designs we create remain ours unless the quote says they are transferred to you. You get the right to use them for your business while you are a client.
- Content you provide remains yours.
7. Cancelling
- Starter and one-time projects: you can cancel before work begins for a full refund of any advance, and after work begins we charge for work done to that point.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine). No cancellation fee.
8. Support and availability
We aim to reply to support requests within 24 hours, every day. We work to keep tools available but cannot promise uninterrupted service, since hosting, internet and third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp) are outside our control.
9. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their changes, outages or rules.
10. AI-generated content
AI features draft text such as replies and proposals. You are responsible for reviewing content before you send or rely on it.
11. Limits of liability
We do our best, but we do not guarantee particular business results, such as more sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the issue arose, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
12. Website use
Content on bizsanchal.com, including the Biz Sanchal name and logo, belongs to us. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
