Biz Sanchal Solutions ("Biz Sanchal", "we", "us") runs bizsanchal.com. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your choices are. We follow applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and the message you write.
- When you use our tools (as a client): the business data you or your team put in, such as customer lists, quotes and invoices. You are the owner of this data.
- Technical data: basic information such as browser type and pages visited.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send quotes.
- To set up, run and support the services you buy.
- To send service messages (for example, reminders about your account).
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal and tax duties.
We send marketing emails only if you agree, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and email delivery, WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, and payment or accounting tools. They may use it only for our services. We may also share it if the law requires.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored on secured servers a virtual private server (VPS) run by our hosting provider. We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months and client data while you are a client, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then delete or anonymise it. On request, we delete your data or return it in an exportable file.
How we protect it
Passwords, access controls, regular backups and software updates. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected clients promptly if a breach affects them, as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent to marketing, by writing to hello@bizsanchal.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
